Prices and savings only available if the solar system purchased is eligible for the Government Solar Credits Scheme and you agree to assign the rights to the STCs to our company. Price for a single storey pitched roof, within:
- QLD: 100km of the Brisbane GPO or Yatala Post Office.

XCEL Electrical Solutions, Electrical Contractors Licence 1045368, is the Installer and is the holder of electrical contractors license. Customers will enter into agreement directly with the Installer for the installation of solar panels.
- SA: 60km of the Adelaide GPO.
Electrical Contractors License 232138. Customers will enter into agreement directly with the Installer for the installation of solar panels. True Value Solar Pty Ltd will not itself be involved in the installation of the solar panels. Offers excludes Mt. Gambier and Kangaroo Island postcodes.
- WA: 70km of the Perth GPO. Pricing for STC Zones 1-3 (Zone 4 please call for pricing).
Install address must:
- have clear, unhindered vehicle access for installers
- have a completed home not under construction with wiring/power supply complying with current electrical standards;
- have a tin roof (extra cost may apply for other roof types);
- have a suitable location for the inverter. If location is exposed to elements a weather proof cover may be required.
- understand that the solar system will be installed and your Energy Supply Authority supplies final approval and connection to the grid

Terms and conditions for Interest-free finance option (where available)
- Finance is only available to approved applicants and is subject to lending criteria. The Interest-free promotional term is for 12 Months. Interest at 19.95%pa will apply to any balances outstanding after expiry of the interest-free period.
- There is a one-off Establishment (Set Up) Fee of $70.00 which is applied to the financed amount, and a monthly Account Keeping Fee of $4.95.
- The establishment fee is not applicable if you have an existing Once Line of Credit or MyBuy account.
- We strongly recommend that you set up your monthly repayments on a direct debit request, as this will avoid additional fees and charges. If however, you decide to make payments, via Australia Post / Cheque / Money Order or BPay you will be charged a $1.95 fee per transaction. Additional payments may be made at anytime and you are not penalised for doing so.
- A minimum deposit of $500.00 is applicable on most systems, excluding NSW, which is 10%. However larger sized systems may incur a higher deposit.

Goods remain property of Seller until payment
1. The Goods remain the Seller’s property until the purchase price is paid. Until then, the Purchaser is bailee of the Goods. The Purchaser must do all of the following:
…..1.1. Keep them in its possession and control.
…..1.2. Keep them in good condition, having regard to and other factors that may reasonably be regarded as having an impact on the quality of the Goods.
…..1.3. Keep them in a location appropriate to the nature of the Goods, separately and marked so that the Goods are clearly and easily identifiable as the Seller’s property and inform the Seller of the location of the Goods, if requested, if they have been moved from their original point of installation.
…..1.4. Not sell, assign or let them or any interest in them, or permit any change, pledge, lien or other encumbrance to be created in relation to them. What if Purchaser disposes of Goods
2. If the Purchaser disposes of any of the Goods while they remain the property of the Seller, or any of those Goods become part of another product sold by the Purchaser, the Purchaser holds the proceeds received by it on trust for the Seller up to the amount it owes the Seller in respect of those Goods, and must immediately pay that amount to the Seller. If payment not made on time
3. If the Purchaser does not pay the Seller the purchase price of the Goods on the due date, the Seller may require the Purchaser in writing to deliver the Goods back to the Seller. The Purchaser must comply, at its own cost. Re-Possession of Goods
4. The Purchaser must allow the Seller to enter the premises of the Purchaser and do anything necessary to take possession of the Goods if the Purchaser does not return the Goods within 48 hours after being notified that the Goods must be returned.
Terms and conditions for your contract
- Should any modifications to an existing contract be made at the customers request, a contract amendment fee of $150.00 will apply and all contract terms and conditions will remain binding.
- Cancellation of an order will occur a $100 administrative fee (includes cancellations stemming from failed application of financing and within the cooling off period). Cancellations of an order after the cooling off period occurs full loss of deposit.
