What is a kWh?

A kilowatt-hour (kWh) is a unit of energy for measuring
electricity use. It is equivalent to one kilowatt (1kW) of
power expended for one hour (1h) of time.

How can I find my cost?

Typically you will find your kWh cost in cents on the
front of your electricity bill. Please update the national
average we have supplied (0.23) with the amount as
seen on your bill to get the most accurate figures
from the calculator.

What are these system kW numbers?

Solar systems are measured by how many Watts (W) and/or
Kilowatts (kW) of electricity they produce. The solar panels
on a 2.28kW solar system produces 2280 Watts of energy
